A Panettone with a 20% coffee cream, made in the Punto Rosso fine pastry workshop. The coffee is dosed to stay bitter underneath the sweetness, not simply to perfume it.

Partenope is the Neapolitan Panettone of the Punto Rosso house: it comes from the idea that a Milanese leavened cake and southern coffee belong in the same slice. Serve it at the end of lunch, with an espresso alongside.
