Order fulfilment
Orders are prepared within 2 working days and handed over to the courier. In any case, under the general terms and conditions of sale, we will process the order received within 10 days starting from the day after the one on which the contract was concluded. Should we be unable to ship within that term, we will promptly notify the Buyer by e-mail, indicating the term within which the order will be fulfilled.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the country of destination and on other factors that are not directly controllable by the Supplier and not attributable to it. Unfortunately we are not the ones who choose the person who will physically carry out the delivery, so if you have received a delivery service that you do not consider adequate, please let us know. We will do our best to improve the service.
