Pan del Chiostro in the gianduja and marrons glacés flavour. Perfect for breakfast, as a dessert after a meal with a cream, or as an afternoon snack. As with all our leavened cakes the process takes four days, with more than 48 hours of double leavening. It is made with butter only, with no vegetable fat, and with live sourdough.
