Hazelnut Baci in a Tin

"Baci" are refined sweets made by hand in our Punto Rosso fine pastry laboratory. They are called that because they are two round hazelnut pastries held together by a layer of chocolate, giving the impression of two romantically kissing.

Type 00 wheat flour (gluten), 19% toasted hazelnuts, butter (milk), powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), vanillin, salt. Dark chocolate filling 34% [vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), sugar, 11% low-fat cocoa, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings].
