Raspberry Amaretti

From a mixture of apricot kernels, sugar and egg white, we obtain the famous round, crunchy sweets called Amaretti, which we produce manually in a traditional way in our Punto Rosso artisanal pastry shop and of which we offer a wide range. The raspberry version is... covered with a layer of chocolate and raspberry, which gives them a rich and fresh taste, with a strong raspberry flavor.
