Made in our Punto Rosso fine pastry workshop, our Amaretti start from a dough of apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. In this version the coconut coating brings an exotic, delicate note that lifts the sweetness of the amaretto with an irresistible scent and a pleasantly soft texture.
