Classic Amaretti

The famous round, crunchy sweets, decorated with sugar sprinkles, called Amaretti, are made from a mixture of apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. We produce them manually in a traditional way in our Punto Rosso fine pastry laboratory and offer a wide range of them.
