Our fine pastry Amaretti are made from a mixture of apricot kernels, sugar, and egg white, made in the Pasticceria Punto Rosso fine pastry laboratory. In this version, the coffee coating gives an intense and enveloping aroma, with a strong and persistent taste that perfectly matches the fragrance of the Amaretto.
