A Panettone with gianduja cream, made with sourdough, butter and egg yolk. No raisins and no candied peel. Hazelnut and cocoa together give a dense slice, closer to a cake from the dresser than to a light leavened bread.
In the Luxury Edition metal tin, the most carefully made line in the range. Serve in thin slices: it fills you quickly, and that is a compliment.
