The classic Panettone wrapped by hand, one at a time, in baking paper closed by hand rather than by machine. 13% raisins, 9% candied orange peel, butter and natural yeast.

Hand wrapping is not a matter of looks: the paper sits closer and the cake dries out more slowly. It is the format closest to what comes out of the workshop.
