A Panettone with a 14% chocolate cream and drops in the dough, with no candied peel and no raisins. The same filling as the tin version, in a wrapping that costs less and protects more.

Wrapped by hand in baking paper, closed one at a time. Serve at room temperature: cold, the cream hardens and half the work is lost.
