The soft version of the Saronno amaretto: the same base of sugar, 19% apricot kernels and egg white, but a shorter bake. The result is a moist centre that stays tender, with the bitterness of the kernel arriving after the sweetness.

Each amaretto is wrapped individually in coloured paper and sealed in a green bag: the format without frills, the one you buy for yourself. Gluten free.
