Punto Rosso Panettone is handcrafted using only 90-year-old live sourdough yeast, with the highest quality ingredients from selected artisans, without artificial flavors or preservatives. It involves a method of 3 leavening stages and 3 doughs, with a slow leavening process of over 60 hours, to give the product greater softness. Lazzarone is the version that adds apricots and the delicate taste of Amaretto Lazzaroni to the soft dough.
